Per serving:
crushed ice
3/4 ounce of lemon or lime juice
1 1/2 ounce of pineapple juice
1 splash grenadine
1 3/4 oz. mescal
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix in a shaker with 1 scoop crushed ice.
Strain into a highball glass and serve over fresh crushed ice.
