Tequini
(Tequila Martini)
A premium silver tequila will give any vodka or gin competition in this upscale Mexican martini.
Per serving:
1 1/2 ounces premium silver tequila
1/2 ounce dry vermouth
cracked ice
garnish: twist of lime peel or a jalapeno-stuffed olive
INSTRUCTIONS
Pour tequila and vermouth over ice in a mixing glass. Stir briefly until chilled.
Strain ice and pour immediately into chilled 3-ounce martini glass and garnish.
Serves 1
