This cool and shimmery drink shows off 100% agave tequila just as a Scotch mist high-lights a single-malt Scotch. It's perfect for sipping while watching a Southwestern sunset-when you can't be by the sea in Mexico.

Per serving:

twist of lime

crushed ice

1 1/2 - 2 ounces premium silver or anejo tequila

::INSTRUCTIONS::

Rim the edge of an old-fashion glass with the lime twist, and fill with crushed ice. Add the tequila and the twist of lime.
